We all tend to forget that boxing is a business. Why do we waste our time getting mad at Floyd when we would do the same in his shoes.
1. If you were Floyd would you miss out millions of dollars to fight someone with less drawing power and a higher risk such as Shane Mosley?
2. Pacquio, Freddie Roach, and Bob Arum conducts the same business as Floyd. Pacman handpicks his opponents who he can beat in different weight divisions.
In reality neither is ducking anyone. Its all business. Floyd called everyone a few years ago when he was making a name for himself. Fighters ended up ducking him (including Shane).

So why do we criticize Floyd for picking the big money fights. He is a business man first. Pacman is the same. This is why they are going through the toughest negotiations this decade.
You are right, but see the business aspect that is their problem fighters/promoters/networks, ETC.....as fans we just want the product which is the fight we want. Can't blame fans for getting upset when we don't get the fight we want. It is like going to a diner and ordering a BLT club and getting a tuna melt :nana:. It would make you a bit irritable wouldn't it?
I totally agree and as a fan I think it ruins the sport. It's too much about money now. If the best were fighting the best, this would bring more viewers which would in return bring in more money. But I guess they don't see it the same way.
