This Mofo should of stayed retired. Came back and couldn't make weight then on fight night refuses to weight in, WTF...The Motherfacker already had a shit load of advatages. I've been angry since the weigh in but just needed to vent out...FACK MAYWEATHER AND HIS FANS!!!!!
Sorry,
Golpe.....
Yes, I agree, everything you have written thus far, is plain and clear nonsense.
Floyd breaks the rules he agreed to by not coming in at his required weight. But, hey, he paid the fine so all is good in the hood right?
Its akin to giving a rapist a pass because they paid a fine.
Who cares that the sex wasn't consensual,
he got the pussy!
Are you being deliberately thick???? Or is it the Floyd Hate talking????
If the point isn't valid, then .. what's the purpose of weigh-ins????
It was a catch-weight fight with stipulations written into the contract - 600K for each pound over 144lbs at the weigh-in. Floyd chose to accept the stipulation and paid for it. It was written in the contract ... so, Floyd did nothing wrong.
Boxing has become a obvious farce - No one fights at the required weight, no one follows the rules, there are no mandates and no restrictions. Its just one huge free-for-all, where the boxer's make the rules and break them at their choosing ... this is the reality of things. So, why are people griping about this or that violation, when there is a rule violation every fight sanctioned and unsactioned.
Its nonsense - plain and clear.

Everyone knows fighters weigh more on fight night, idiot. The rules are you make the weight the day before. So what the fuk are you talking about? Floyd didn't make the agreed upon catch weight thats the problem. Fighting a guy 2 weight classes below you and then not even making weight and you see no problem, happens all the time STFU. What are you a fukin comic book character? "feeble mind" maybe I'm not the smartest but your a fukin retard
I see I have to be a groveling idiot to relate to you - So, here goes:
#1 - You fukin tool, Floyd made the rules and JMM signed off on them. So the only ones complaining are the stupid interweb idiots like you who don't have a freakin life. What is Floyd all you dream about - try getting a fukin girl and stop finger-banging once in a while. No you cannot have a dialog with me because you're too busy jacking off to Floyd .... what do you do when your mom comes into you room while you're rubbing yourself in vasaline.
You fukin loser!!!:Flush:
He has no point. He's a idiot
And you're a fuking loser ... worst thasn that a loser without a life - hey, I heard it was safe to drink nicotene ..... try it.
Yea, coming in over the required weight on fight night is pretty much standard.
What isn't common protocol however, is for a fighter to come in overweight in a catchweight bout and refuse to weighted later.
and no, the rules do not say you have to be within the limits on the day of the fight, only that you have to be within the limits by the official weigh in.
If that was the case, 99% of all fights would be null and void.
So, once again,
you have no point.

Don't try for a second to interpret my thinking - your feeble mind can't handle it.
To demonstrate how idiotic your argument is - The WW weight limit is 141 - 147Lbs ... But on fight night Cotto, Clottey, Mosley, Berto to name a few are fighting as legitimite lightmiddle to middleweights.
How does circumventing the rules by sweating down 24hrs before a fight make the process legal or even honest. There is not one WW who fights at the WW limit come fight night. .... NOT ONE!!!!!!!
So if that the case then the whole weigh-in is BS, your argument about weight is BS and your attempt at logic has FAILED.
Why, because JMM came in fight night at 148lbs {That is over the WW limit} he has no argument and neither do you.

My point is that everyone usurpes the weight limits imposed by Boxing commissions. So for anyone to gripe about this infraction while ignoring the rules of boxing is foolish. The rules state that WW are to fight within 141 - 147lbs .... not only weighin within that range, but also fight within that range.

Wasn't this fight taking place at 144.
WW fight {141 - 147lbs} with an agreed upon weigh-in of 144lbs
and Floyd came into the ring on fight night obviously bigger than 147.
So, what is your point?

Everyone in every division ignores the very specific rules of weight limitations. i.e... everybody is guilty!!!!!!!
So, don't turn a blind eye to the constant rule violations that occue every fight, and only open them when it involves Mayweather. GET IT!!!!!!
man the Dolphins has run that Wildcat to perfection!!
check out the highlights here at www.nfl.com/videos
The Jets was putting it down against the Pats .... they might be a force to be reconed with this year.
The JMM debacle on the whole was a disgrace. But it's over now. Mr boat buyer can quiet the skeptics by beatin SSM and the Pac-Cotto winner. Lets just hope he fights em.
Agreed!!!!:fing02:

Yeah lets just get rid of all weight classes. This wasn't some club fighter coming in overwieght. I guess you just don't give a shit because its Floyd. I guess Castillo ko over Chico in their second fight was a great win because it didn't matter he was overwieght. True boxing fans know BS when they see it.

Nobody is saying he is slapping boxing in the face by displaying his craft. People say he is slapping boxing in the face because he doesn't fight the dangerous guys in his own division and it's the truth.
^^^Agreed! He isn't getting any of my money. I was a huge fan before he retired and copped a major attitude and rubs it in peoples faces, then lies about his finances saying he's so rich, and lines like, "My sh1t's paid for...IS YOURS?"
What kind of crap is that to say to your fanbase that made you so rich in the 1st place. But...I don't waste my time and energy hating him, i just don't like or respect him much anymore. As far as his fans go, That's their perogitive to remain loyal. Who am I to address that? I also think there's too much hate on boxers, period.
Hate is like drinking a bottle of poisen, waiting for the intended victim to die. It does nothing for you. Ignore it if it p1sses you off that much.
Peace, and all that jaz,
jaz
You hit it right on the head ... Floyd isn't the first to not make weight - But when he does it its a CRIME against boxing.
Posts like this one only demonstrates the total and complete ignorance of the Floyd hater's. Most if not all of them need to get a life, get laid, or just jump off the nearest bridge ... No one will care.
Post after post, thread after thread, the hater's expose their bias without shame and while doing that they also, expose just how stupid they are, how far from being a true boxing fan they are and last, but not least, how blind they are to reality and the facts.
Please jump off a bridge, slit your wrists or just drink some drano ... I'm buying.

HBO and the boxing media's coverage of it for the most part has been even worse. just treat it as it is, your not going to change anyones mind about the guy at this point by saying hes the 2nd coming because he won a unanimous points decision over a lightweight.
A blown up lightweight would be more accurate.
Yeah but those fighters don't say they are the #1 p4p and not fighting smaller guys. Even my father who is 62 and a fan of Floyd's was upset. For the same reason as Don, Floyds holding all the cards why f@ck over JMM some more? If you don't understand why people might get upset I don't know what to say. By the way nice sig. GO YANKEES!
I agree with this statement. Forget the persona "Money Mayweather". Most boxing fans that I know would agree that anyone who doesn't make an effort to meet the contratual obligation (making weight) is frowned upon, regardless of the reason, even if a clause that stipulates penalties for overage pounds. Now I'm sure there could be many reasons as to why he didn't make weight, but what makes this situation much worse than others, is that Floyd Mayweather has the natural size advantage, speed, power, etc..., AT LEAST make it FAIR on paper where I would think boxing fans would have respected/appreciated the simple fact that he made weight. Or at least admit to Kellerman, why he didn't make weight. It's a logical, and justifiable question. He didn't have to get worked up as an entertainer, and someone who makes money off the PPV sales of people at least owes some explanation.
An example: Nate Campbell, unfortunately did not make the contract weight to fight Funeka, he was penalized. He then went to fight a hard twelve rounds, he at least provided a reason publicly why he could not make the weight, and was apologetic. It was both understandble and reasonable.
My point is that Mayweather and his WWE like persona, and anyone like him (promoters, boxers) is upsetting boxing fans by shaking any integrity left that the sport of boxing may still hold.
