Damn that's a tough one, I think Cotto is pretty damn good. His style is like smooth, slow, and calm, with hard fast hits. Don't know who is the best but Cotto for sure is good, Pacquiao, I believe is probably at his peak at this point.

You have a case here. You'll have to complain to the Ring Magazine, p4p #2-6 have at least 4 official losses (more than Pacs who has 3) and they are ranked higher than guys with less losses.
