Do you know how common that is for a fighter to rehydrate before a fight? Very. They have a medical screening and blood test will show if someone is dehydrated or not. Why not? Manny hasnt suddenly turned into a defensive wizard. His speed will be a great advantage but Cotto has seen speed before and dealt with it by using perfect timing.
