If Kessler does bad in this tourney, how much will it take away from Calzaghe?

It will look like the truth. It's really hard to say how good is Kessler as it is hard to say how good is Calzaghe because these guys don't fight allot and don't fight top opponents. As long as they don't come here claiming their are p4p fighters or ATG it's their own business and i really don't care. What annoys the shit out of me is when these guy's fans stupid as they are (all green karma though as if that meant shit around here), start saying their favorite fraud fighter would/could beat him and him and him and he's definitely an ATG when the truth is you don't recognize 90% of the names on their resume and if you do it's because they got famous because they got beat by the fighter we are talking about (rendering the argument pointless). And the ones truly famous look like patches for a resume. Oh and these guys value their 0 more than a gay lord inside the closet; as a result they are all undefeated until their late 30 when they usually cashout against some has been American or otherwise legit champion who has seen better days. They don't give out rematches, they lack warrior spirit, they postpone and drop out of fights. If i was white the only possible reason for me to be a fan of one of these people would be their resembling myself but even then i'd be ashamed and quit anyway. Good Post!

If he looks poor in all of the fights, then I think Calzaghe's victory is viewed a little different. Not as great a victory. I expect Mikkel to do great though, making the finals at least.

Only time will tell. He should beat most, if not not all of the guys in the tourney though based purely on his boxing ability but yes, it would make Calzaghe look bad if Kessler flunked the tourney. The worst case scenario for Calzaghe however is if Froch wins the tourney with his '0' still intact. Calzaghe's resume and pride would take a serious kick in the wheels if that happened when you consider the bad taste between those guys. Except to see Froch - Calzaghe happen if that comes off for Froch.
