Who punches harder Abraham or Froch?

Abraham. Not to make this KO out to be more than it is but Gevor is a pretty tough guy and was almost decapitated by Abraham's left. The only world class opponent I've seen Froch stop was Jermain Taylor and that's when Taylor had run out of stamina. Reid was pretty shot at the time. I don't think 8 pounds makes a huge difference.

thats a good point in bold imo in terms of raw punching power id favour AA but i think its very close, what makes AA's punching power alot more signifcant is that he is a little bit quicker and doesn't telegraph his shots. froch on the other hand does and because of that i think his shots are easier to avoid/roll with thus nullifying their impact. both guys are extremely strong and heavy handed but im gonna say AA is the bigger puncher, that guy is like a wrecking ball. the only guy who has a chance of beating him in the tourney is kessler,everyone else gets destroyed

Abraham has faster hands and good power. Froch is slow but he's strong with good power. I'll give Double A the nod.

Both men seem to be wear you down sort of punchers, but i'd give the edge to Abraham on one punch knock out power. Froch power however, is more proven at 168, although Abraham seems o dismantle everything he touches, so it will be interesting to see him carry that power at SMW.......especially against the divisions best.

Froch has proven he can bang at 168, pound for pound I think Abraham is the harder puncher though.

AA is new to 168. I'll say Froch. Well but in his second fight he was fighting in catchweight and I remeber Mirnda saying that AA's punches was the hardest he has ever been hit or something like that. But still the fight between AA and Froch can be one of the most exicting fights in the tournement.
