Tito didn't do shit To Oscar. Oscar changed after the fight because he changed trainer so his style changed.
Tha is what I mean and he lost something when he lost to Tito. Seems like De La Hoya never put his mind full in to boxing after that fight He was never the same after the Tito fight.
Can somebody just come out and say that the Oscar that fought PBF>>>the Oscar that fought Pac.
Oscar at 154>>>Oscar at 147
Oscar with a belt>>>Oscar without a belt
Top 3 JMW Oscar>>>Unranked WW Oscar
Oscar coming off Mayorga KO>>>Oscar coming off having face broken vs. Forbes
Well said. Still, I have to agree with the person that said Oscar looked bad even in victory against Mayorga. What makes the PBF triumph so important is that he conceded everything to Oscar - weight, gloves, ring size, purse, etc.
I really think that Hopkins loss is legit. Oscar seemed completely discouraged once he saw he couldn't hurt Bernard in any way. Floyd Sr. could not even get eye contact out of DLH by the end. Hopkins beat him without even having to step up to a 2nd gear.
Naw Oscar's career was never the same after that. Hopkins ruined DLH.
nah....a lot of people thought oscar got a gift the fight before the hopkins fight.....
Everyone knows DLH was past his prime for those fights
Its just that DLH outweighed Floyd by 10 - 15 lbs while Pac and Hopkins outweighed Oscar on fightnight
nah, cuz hopkins didn't "brutally" beat oscar. he knocked him out, but it wasn't a 1-sided fight or anything, plus oscar moved up in weight to fight hopkins. if anything, pbf & pac get more credit for their wins than hopkins does, and i'm a hopkins fan.

Because Hopkins ruined DLH. True story.
