prime for prime Leonard was better, but going by those videos hector looks quicker, let's not be delusional now. Pacquiao isn't as flashy as these guys but some of his punches are so fast you can hardly see them. PaC IS NOT THE FASTEST BY VOLUME. I think Pac has the fastest Velocity of Punches that Transform to top Power. Pac doesn't need those powder puff punches. He throw punches to hurt opponents, he's not there to be flashy.
