when roy was in his prime he never got the chance to prove or show his heart as a fighter...and right now, thats everything hes proving right now

that was rather strange...he just seemed to dance around for about 5 mins...? and that running did not look that sharp either, he did look like an old man. Everything looked slow but at 40 years old hard training gets harder and harder to recover from so he is training smart as opposed to training smart. BTW there is a video of Angulo training. He is training very hard but you can see that he is 1/100 of the athlete that Roy Jones is.

One thing you gotta say about Roy is that the dedication is always there. He may be a shadow of his former self but he never stops trying, he always gives 100%. You know that no matter what Roy is always coming into the ring in the best shape he possibly can.

Give me a ****ing break. Roy looks great, the man is pushing, or is maybe now OVER 40. He's in better shape than most guys his age, and can go 12 rounds with Tito, and Calzaghe. Is he what he used to be? Of course not. No one is. But cut the shit talking and admire the man, and the LEGEND! RJJ!

Who are the other fighters hes training with?

he still has handspeed... thats probably it.. his leg movements are just GONE his stamina probably isnt all that good but hes still probably a B- fighter at the most Yeah the declining footwork is the biggest problem, Roy can't get away from swarmers anymore and with the decline in reflexes added to that he runs the risk of being overwhelmed. Still, he is talented, fast and powerfull enough to put up a fight with any fighter in his weightclass.

Doesn't have much pop in his punches anymore either. We'll see how he does against Lacy.. He still carries power, in his recent fights, had hanshaw down in 11th, had trinidad down twice, had calzaghe down in round one.
