I agree that Hatton has done very well in lightweight/jr welterweight divisions more than cotto. Agree. in terms of titles won i meant to put, cotto has won 3 titles all of which were vacant werent they? cant remember! hatton has won 4 not including ring mag and IBO.

Pacquiao is one who dominated from lower divisions to lightweight division. Pacquiao destroyed a fighter (Hatton) who we all know does not belong in 141-147 division. Hatton belongs in lightweight/jr welterweight division as Tszyu belongs in lightweight or jr welterweight and as cotto does NOT belong in light middleweight.
