Cotto vs Pacquiao negotiations. Who is to blame?

As a big Mosley and Floyd fan. All this shit is turning me of with a Pac vs Cotto fight. I was so hyped about this fight. Now all this shit about weight and titles is pissing my ass off. I say 147 for the WBO title. Pac is getting 65-35 which is good. I just don't understand the problem, when they fought Hoya at 147 Pac need to fire some folks

I think Pacquiao's team is to blame. If it's a title fight, it should be anywhere within the title's weight class limit. It's both camps, they agreed on it.

We'll know if Pacman cares more about the title or beating cotto. I like pacman but just want to see what happens in the next few months. I still feel that if pacman wants to show that he can beat a "TRUE" welterweight and cotto at his best that he should fight cotto at cotto's best which is 147. we'll see.

I think if it was up to Pac by himself, the fight would be done. But people like Roach and i'm sure other advisers are always getting him to ask for more, because they know he can, and they want to make it easier for him. It gives Pac a bad reputation. In my opinion, i think Pac just wants to fight and doesn't give a crap about the belts or the weight.

As long as Pac chases that 7th title, he leaves his WW opponents with some leverage. Mosley could demand 145 with the belt on the line while making all the purse and weight penalty concessions.

you dont know that.... if everything was signed ther should'nt be any bs talk like this.....both parties are to blame...so fukk this fight.... Its obvious that Pac had agreed to it Championship belts will not be on the line in this fight because of the catch weight of 145 pounds, 2 pounds lower than the 147 welterweight limit. However, even without belts on the line, what is more important is that Cotto and I will fight for the No. 1 pound for pound title which guarantees an active fight, no running, no retreating, no chasing around. -Pacquaio The only one who wants to change the agreed upon parameters is Pac's Team which now want it to be a Title fight but don't wish to make any concessions in return.

If Pacquiao wants that belt he should get his ass to 147, don't listen to the team, nor his trainer, they don't make decisions for him, ONLY HIM. if he wants his 6th title in 6 weight classes then go up to 147, NO EXCUSES, NO DRAMA.

Freddie Roach should **** off from the negociations, he is just a trainer. Sure he is doing what he thinks is best for Pacquiao, but the assistants that live with pacquiao in that small house or where ever know Pacquiao best. People who tend Pacquiao's corner should not negociate with ****ing contracts
