Assuming both come in in peak condition, with Gerald coming into the fights with zero effects from the Julian Jackson scrap. Who wins this battle of SMW's?
I got Gerald by second round KO.
Oh come on this is pathetic...!
G Man is overrated as shit, he fought once at 168 and got battered by Benn, Calzaghe is the greatest 168 of all time. It's time people stop underrating Calzaghe and stop overrated Afro-American fighters.
yeah...he was getting battered by Benn....pfft.....Benn was losing pal....and this is with an unexploded ticking time bomb anuerism in G mans head that was about to go off............
G man with laser right hand bombs against a southpaw.....who has shown thats the only punch (apart from a right upper) that he gets hit with flush.........and u really think joe would win???
Calzaghe sux ass anyone whos a fan of his i don't believe. How many fans does he have that aren't from his fckn island. You know what that means, that means they actually like him cause of his skillz..... which means they don't know wtf there talkin about, and should suffer horribly from gonorhea.
joe vs gman would be a great match but if you watch how fast g man starts he could have joe in trouble straight away. if you thought joe was hurt by Byron Mitchell then wait tell he gets hit by Gerald

I see 2 outcomes in this fight, McClellan by knockout or Calzaghe by decision. McClellan's chin can take Calzaghe's best shot, not sure if I can say the same the other way round, McClellan was a huge puncher, especially with the right hand and that was the punch Calzaghe was most open to. McClellan was also a pretty fast starter but if McClellan can't get Calzaghe out of there I can see Calzaghe outworked McClellan to a close decision.
McClellan by KO, Calzaghe wouldn't know how to handle someone like McCellan. The problem with McClellan he wasn't really a good boxer, he was more of a slugger with a very good chin, and good power. I think McClellan stop being a boxer after he left Stewart.
Good point.
Personnally I think McClellan was a good boxer, with good legs and a good jab but after he parted ways with Steward he fell in love with his power.
g man by tko inside the first 7 rounds he would put presure on joe like he has never seen unlike kesslar who hurt joe in the fourth could not keep the pressure up. g mans crippling left hook to the body would be a key factor in this fight. if he is successful with it, it would stop joe out put. i feel if it gets past 9 rounds i feel joe could come back but still lose a on the cards 115 113
1rd.10-9 gman
2rd.10-9 gman
3rd.10-10
4rd.10-8 gman
5rd.10-8 gman wins tko/ if it goes on
6rd.10-9 gman
7rd. 10-9 joe
8rd.10-9 joe
9rd10-10
10rd.10-9 joe
11rd 10-9 joe
12rd 10-9 gman

Takes the space out and read the article,it's great.
Tarick Salmaci talks about McClellan's poor condition going into the Benn fight.
that shit is crazy. green k given
Greatest 168 pounder of all time because it's been around for like 10 years lol.
Seriously, at night, do you jackoff to calzaghe?
And for the record there is no reason to mention race you fucktard
well your a calzaghe hater i mean you didnt pick to win any fights out of them 3.
lol@ the people who picked Joe by KO :lol1:
McClellan had an excellent chin he got hit flush by Jackson and shook it off to KO him in style.
If the fight did happen Calzaghe would of had to of been more worried about the fact that arguably McClellan's best punch was his right hand, and the punch that has landed on Joe consistently throughout his career is the right hand.
i didnt realize this thread had become retarded
But it wasn't retarded. It was the cleverest little jibe I've heard all night.
The extremely bias ref also had a matter in that.
I can honestly say I've never, ever seen a worse ref in a high-profile boxing match. That fucker made even Cotton, Cortez and Nady look like saints in there.
Mclellan knocked benn clean through the ropes in the 1st, but couldnt finish him off.
Calzaghe has a much better whiskers and outboxes the gerald meister
