He'd be beating a naturally smaller guy, however if he beats Pac, and he SHOULD, he'll probably get Mayweather, if he beats him, then Cotto is an absolute #1 P4P. Cotto has already faced the thoughest competition for any WW, but to be #1 you got to beat the best, not # 4's and 6's

You really can't count what Marg-cheato has done in his last 5 fights, who's to say he didn't cheat? Then he fights a Mosley without plaster and losses. Cotto's only loss should have an asterick next to it. Anybody to rank any of Maga-cheato victories is fuken retarded. There is no proof that he did it against anyone other than Mosley. Even Paul Williams has said the samething. Cotto never said anything other than saying Margo should be banned for life. Even if Margo never fought Shane or Cotto. Mosley still has the better resume. i'm talking about ranking. hatton might not be as good as cotto but he was the man in his division , cotto is not , and he was ranked around the same spot as cotto. say hatton was #9 and he beat #1 pacquiao.....would he be #1? no because people will see it as just a case of pacquiao moving up to a division he didn't belong. same thing for cotto. but most important......cotto looks very beatable. he looked beatable against clottey and obviously marg but even his fight with shane was close. writers generally like their #1 to look dominant and/or jump a lot of divisions. cotto is neither. yup im agreeing with you pink lol he would be on the top 5 but not 1
