Cotto will KO manny...heres why and how...

this is a tough one to pick, looking at their last few opponents, cotto has fought the tougher guys, not including jennings, pacman beat a shot de la hoya and a shot hatton, whereas cotto has fought clottey, a nightmare for anyone, margarito, a naturally bigger man and mosely who has shown good form in dismantling margarito. although pacman is showing the better form, tricky....

I'm not a big fan of either of these guys so I'm cannot be biased to any of them. I really do think Pac will win tho, the speed will be too much. Cotto will probably tire in the later rounds too.

I dont think you should bring up the past for Manny Pacquaio, hes changed and has improved alot. So its difficult to know any of his weakness when the last 3 fights was a breeze to him.

first of all the obvious fact that cotto is a naturally bigger guy and i dont mean like oscar or hatton were im talking a nat bigger guy who is one of the top p4p guys in the sport....basically heres what i belive it comes down 2....look at the fights where manny has struggles and c if u notice...he was getting hit w a lot of body shots in those fights....ie....morales and both marquez fights....we all know there is nobody better in the sport at going to the body than Cotto....mannys speed will def b a factor and mess with cotto for a bit at first but when he feels the power of a real welterweight i think its gonna change his game plan instantly and thats when Cotto has him All I can say is: Expect the impossible, with Manny we are used to it.

Once Cotto hits that big left hook Pacquiao will come back to to earth. Cotto will beat Pacquiao by KO! LOL... If ever that will landed, many fans told that before the fight of Pacman and hatton, a big left hook to the body, but nobody lands at all... and here a one punch bomb from Pacman...... zzzzzzzzzzz Hatton was send to dreamland... and that will happen againt to Cotto......

By the time Cotto lands his supposedly "true WW punch" on a "true JWW" Pac will have already landed 3 more punches than him. Cotto is a polished brawler. He's no technician (i.e marquez) and tends to backpedal alot. For some reason he likes to stay by the ropes. bad idea. Pac won't need a kayo strength punch. he will give cotto the "DLH treatment" come 11/14.

I agree that his speed will pose a problem at first but remember the mosley and judah fights...those were both guys who had very fast hands, granted they dont posess the foot speed that manny does but cotto surprised both of them with his own hand speed as well by beating them to the punch with his jab....i just cant wait for this fight...im a HUGE fan of both these guys and cannot wait to see this ....just pissed i have to wait 4 months

I don't Cotto will be able to cope with the speed of Pac.
