No you were wrong, Cotto wasn't an easy fight for Pacquiao. He landed more in 3 rounds than his last three opponents did. Cotto should have used the jab more and the counter left hook. The fight would have been closer. Pacquiao won a war, not a sparring session, Cotto's not Ricky Hatton.

Manny got his ear the size of a peanut after the fight and was getting outjabbed by a slower fighter , looked sloppy in balance at times and coulnt cut the ring off on Cotto at times. Cotto did 50% better than all of Manny's last 3 victims. Well said Miguel fought quite well for some rounds

after he beats jmm..if floyd doesnt fight the winner of cotto-pacman..ill be seriously pissed and have to question my fanhood... I am willing to wager that Floyd fights Mosley before even considering either of those guys, unless Mosley gets a fight between now and then. Mosley will be free and if Floyd fights him there is really no one left for the winner of Pacman-Cotto to fight except wait for him, if Floyd just sits around for 2 months it is highly likely that the winner will play Mosley and Floyd off one another. Judging from how Mosley has been acting I am pretty confident he would be easier to make a deal with then Floyd. The only way for Floyd to be in eithers guys next fight is for him to beat them out to getting a fight with Mosley. Unless Mosley fights someone else, but he has already waited this long to get a big fight all he really has to do is wait until September now

This is a tune up for Manny who has come off very difficult fights, and is looking for an easy opponent before mingling with the big dogs: JMM or Mayweather. The promoters can sugar coat it the way they like, but Cotto is nothing more than a stepping stone, and a glorified sparring parter for bigger fights in the future. i agree 100%
