Do people still think Cotto has a suspect chin?

If Cotto's chin is still brought up to question, how about JMM's chin? Why don't we have a nice sit down on that.

if he gets knocked out by a featherweight......it'd be embarassing. keep your hands up , miguel. well basically cotto needs to realize the p4p title don't mean you should fight the pfp to become the pfp. look what happened to oscar. if the pacman would have fought at 154, oscars normal weight at the time, he would have be ko'd inside of 3, easy. cotto is still a normal ww, so mabe he has a better chance dehydrating then rehydrating then oscar did, vilia intravinous

nah the reason he was chinny was because he was dehydrated at 140 since then his chin looks quite solid even he has been stund but has held up pretty well!!! Wow, never really considered that. nice.

Cotto has a good chin. He can still be hurt in every fight, but most likely it will take a massive punch or many punches.

wow he walked thru the punches of a guy with 50% kos.....oh wait he actually ran away the last 2 rounds..... And he won those two rounds to win the fight...

He hasn't been KO'd cold, so his chin can withstand some pretty good shots.

I'd say he has a suspect stamina, chin's average to good I think so too. Cuts will be a big concern also. In his most quiet moments he has to have reflected on his most recent performance and was either quite satisfied with his own progress, or he's not too happy with himself.

the chin was bad at 140, but has gotten better at 147. Still wouldn't say it's a great chin, just decent. But he still has work to do on his defense - he still dangles his head too far forward which makes him very susceptible to really flush uppercuts, which he doesn't tolerate well. And like Bulahaw said, stamina is an issue, especially when he's forced to fight going backwards.

Cotto's chin is suspect,coming from a fan!!I like Cotto as a fighter but he's been rocked and dropped!!At 147 his chin has held up a lot better!!I actually think that Cotto's vulnerability,is one quality that makes him so exciting!!The fact that he is human and can be hurt but actually pulls through with dramatic wins!!

His chin is alright. It's not Laporte-esque but not terrible either. It seems to have gotten better since he left 140, as he's more comfortable at the new weight. Cuts and swelling is a concern though.
