Vanes Martirosyan -vs- Andrey Tsurkan > TONIGHT @ 6pm PT on PPV!!!

I haven't seen the fight but it sounded like I expected, a one sided fight, the style of Tsurkan was perfect for Martirosyan to look good, he's also had a lot of rough, tough fights so he has wear and tear on his body. ya Vanes was too fast for Tsurkan, and in the 4th opened up Tsurkans eye with some vicious uppercuts and hooks... smart for Tsurkan to quit on his stool after 6 because he was shook up bad and would have gone down soon enough.

i can't wait to get the dvd of this one to realy analys. i know tsurkan not an elite but the guys more than solid. that balance and footwork of vanes. top notch trainers now. i see jesse in his corner calling the shots. dang hope he gets a condo in bigbear by gbp and stays focused. that and welcome back to the wildcard. hey man send me out a dvd ya if it's good quality... let me know what the charge is... Vanes won't accomplish much in this sport. Watch. Plus... VERY few people outside of Glendale really care about Vanes. if you knew how wrong you were... you would SLAP yourself ;) anyhow, some serious feedback from guys that actually saw the fight and don't want to make remarks of a 7 year old??

Vanes continues to improve the way he has under Roach... JCC Jr. won't even wanna get in the same building as him, much less ring.

Vanes looked very solid and showed his true self stopping Tsurkan... Very good victory... and now time for bigger better things for Martirosyan (25-0, 16KOs)

that kid is clearly one of the best prospects at 154 and he is a mainstay in the sport. he should knock out chavez jr and elevate himself. actually. someone just needs to knockout chavez jr already

I like watching Vanes fights but that PPV sucks. Especially with the HBO and Showtime Cards. I wish it was free so I could check it out.

I think Angulo beat the life out of Tsurkan. So this is Angulo's leftovers. I am game for Vanes to step up. Or any of those other Olympians. What the hell are they waiting for? But this is a good step in the right direction even though I think Tsurkan is most likely shot. they probably know he wont make it against good competition.

I voted Vanes UD, but he does stand a good chance at stopping Tsurkan. I'm not sure he did before, but Angulo could have damaged him.
