Right! Lets get things cleared up once & for all..
Whose the best Prime 4 Prime??
The Contenders: CAZ B/HOP RJJ
The fact that Caz fought Jones at 40 & Hopkins at 44, or was it 39 & 43.. Who cares! The truth is, 'A fighter never loses his punch'
Caz was down in the 1st from good punches from both fighters.. Punches that destroy the likes of DLH & Omar Sheika.. Caz then jumps straight back up & out boxes the pair of em.. Don't forget.. This is Caz at 35, with bad hands..
So... This is the same as a 23 year old Caz, with good hands, facing Jones at 28 or Hopkins at 32.. Joe was breaking people in half at this time.. To such an extent, that he broke both hands doing it.. This is why he became a bit 'Slappy' (His one & only imperfection, caused by injury) Not bad for a disabled guy though!!
Believe me.. At this time, RJJ & B/HOP wanted long & successful careers, & nothing to do with anyone from Wales.. Everyone knows that Joe was calling em out, but both opted for the easier life..
Admittedly.. Jones did a great thing in defeating Johnny Louise, but Caz could'a done the same, but more easily.. What I'm saying is, being a P4P hero, was more of a priority to Jones, than being the best at S/M..
Admittedly.. B/Hop stayed very active, with mandatory defenses, but once again, avoided the job in hand...
So... I conclude... The young Caz WOULD have beaten both RJJ & B/HOP in their primes... It's never easy against those guys.. They're both ATG HOFA's.. But Joe COULD take their punches, & WOULD have been a split second quicker than both... The best= JOE CALZAGHE... Simple equation!
I know who the haters are, & I anticipate your early responses with glee..
Wow the biggest nut hugging moron thing I've read in a while. I guess since butterbean went 10 rounds with Larry Holmes in 2007 he could have done the same thing with the 1983 version. Moron.
Fanboy.????? Haters tend to segregate minute parts of posts to criticise as they don't retain the full facts in their minute brains..
Hence the question mark on your avatar.. Well the answer is YES you are...

Good one.
Compared to the super middle weight division since it started...Kessler is Elite.
****in internet tuff guy...
So because the SMW is a joke, Kessler is Elite? :?!:
So if the K brothers retired, and Ruiz became a champ and the best of the lot. Would that make Ruiz Elite?
You'd blinded by your own arrogance.

Exactly why i said only meathead nationalists seem to rate Joe.
Kessler is Elite?
WTF?

How so? For having 1 belt at SMW? Dang, legend.
BHOP was Prime? WTF!?
GTFO, The guy is 44 years old you imbecile!
Just because he is still freakishly good does not mean he is years passed his best days.

calzaghe is a bum, he's more in the league of jorge fernando castro and if i had to guess i;d say castro would probabley be higher on that hof list
Never mind the bollocks!

Just do the jackson jokes and shut up.
`Why was Michael Jackson relieved of his Cub Scout Leader duties?
~He was up to a pack a day.
Unbelievable.. That Farah Fawcett & Jacko can both die on the same day..
One played with Majors while the other played with Minors..
Meat?????
Jacko was made of plastic, like your opinions...
That's why they're gonna melt him down to make leggo...
So the kids can play with him for a change
And if it was'nt for Macci D's, perhaps Toney would'a been in the mix...

Q: What do Michael Jackson and a Big Mac have in common?
A: They're both 30 year old meat between 10 year old buns!

Michael Jackson asked his wife's doctor how soon after the birth could he have sex.
The doctor told him he should wait until the kid is at least 12 or 13 years old.
Bhop was overated IMO, but I'm not going to create a thread about it.
overrated?!?......how?!?.......he's NOT a definite HOF or one of the 5 BEST MW's ever?!?......what is it about B-Hop thats overrated?!? :ugh:.........let me think......if you rate B-Hop higher than Mr. 46-0 then B-Hop is being overrated.......right?!?......WRONG!!!.......B-Hop is SUPPOSED to be rated higher than Mr. 46-0........thats the way God made it!!........it was written!! :cool2:
Yeah.... The same Steve Collins who reckons that he only retired cos RJJ wouldn't fight him... We all know the truth... He retired cos he was scared of Calzaghe.. Cos he'd seen how much more superior he was against the common opponent...

Lol, chris eubanks took that fight on about 3 weeks notice didnt he?
And he had lost twice before that to steve collins.

Oh... So the cruiser & L/H divisions were stronger were they..?
Oh... And look who Roy fought at H/W.... Johnny Louise... Who would'nt have won a round against Joe.. Even if he went in at 175..
Oh... The WBO.... Joe won that title from Chris Eubank who had defended it 15 times or so.. In the 1st round he became the only man ever to put Eubank on his back.. Not even Carl Thompson could do this at cruiser.. Echoing my point of above...
As for bums & jokers... Many of these guys had respectable records before facing Caz.. Some of them unbeaten...

WTF. ur information is ass backwards. Calzaghe is the one that wanted the easy life. thats why he didnt leave whales till RJJ and Bhop were in there 40s.
he has information?
No mate... I was merely quoting examples on 'A fighter never loses his punch'
So... The likes of Danny Garcia & Fermin Chirico adds resume to the career of Jones does it?
Or.. The fact that B/Hop fought Melvin Wynn & Wendall Hall, makes him a lesser champ does it?
eeeemmmmmm.....
none of those were title fights those were all fights before they reached championship level. calzaghe fought guys much worse than that for his 20 title defenses what a fraud.

eubank already lost his title 2 years earlier. a little fact you left out. also eubank was put down before liar.
At SMW Kessler was Elite, you joker
BHOP was prime went JC beat him (ask Pavlik his opinion on the matter)
