Is the boxing hall of fame any good?

John your correct any other week its a dissapointing trip. But once you go to induction week you are probably hooked. This will be my 5th straight year. I hope to go this year, too...

by the way, I mean during indiction week...I would imagine it might be somewhat boring at any other time of the year but they ALL say that induction week is LITERALLY a boxing fans DREAM...

I've never been there before and I'm contemplating the four and a half hour drive. Has anyone been or knows if it's any good? Dan S, I haven't been there yet but...EVERY SINGLE PERSON I know who has ever been there tells me it is AWESOME...Marlon Starling went one year around 2002...and he tells me all the time that he will never miss one...my friends said he was walking one day and he ended up walking with B-Hops to McDonalds, just out of the blue, like they were good friends...then he ran the road race and was running right along side Hopkins...

Anyone plan on attending this year?

Its worth the drive if you go for induction week wich is the second week of June. The also have 1 or 2 other events the rest of year. But the Hall itsefl is small and can be seen in a half hour. I would say plan ahead and go next June & it will be worth the 4 or 5 hour drive. I fly from Cali every year for it. Here are a few pics from 2 weeks ago.
