Yep, i miss the gorgeous looking cunt and his authientic fighting style. I miss the bad interviews, the lot.
The upper weight classes have turned to shit since he has gone. Even the haters have to agree.
Come back Joe, forgive us.
I'll admit it. I miss him. I would really like to see him make up for that poor performance against Hopkins and take another big challenge (even if it's not Bernard in a rematch). Retiring after Roy is just terrible. At least let it be a live body you retire on. And I can't understand his and Floyd's fixation with leaving undefeated. That accolade means nothing without a consistently stellar, star studded resume. Rocky Marciano still gets hell for it to this day by many, despite it being one of the more legitimate undefeated feats - 'should make fighters think twice on making that a goal, but still it's a cherished one.
I don't think it registers to Joe, Floyd that nobody cares about that 0. It doesn't mean you aren't any good if you lose. I think there's some mental issues there. I don't think it's a coincidence either that these two get more hate thrown their way than anybody else.
If Hatton was American the kid would be broke now. British people are gullable and fall in love with club fighters.
And americans fall in love with uneducated convicts.
Hatton as done well though pulling that bird his got..

If Joe Calzaghe was American he would have had about 5 losses, true story.
