How exciting do you think the fight will be?

I'm only expecting a decent, or average fight. Clottey needs a stationary target infront of him to be able to make it interesting. And we know Cotto is prone to getting on his bicycle against bigger, stronger men. I see a few mildly entertaining exchanges, inbetween Cotto landing the clearner more effective shots. This one has all the ingredients for an average 12 round decision if I ever saw one.

It'll be a good fight. It won't be a Castillo-Corrales type of war though.

It will be good, dont think it can surpass Marquez-Diaz for intensity though

I can't envision a war. Clottey is all defensive, and Cotto might still be smarting from the Margs treatment (hence not risking things against a real puncher). The energy will come from the crowd and the anticipation of whose punches land hardest. It'll be a good fight, but not fight of the year. Maybe the lads will prove me wrong. Nonetheless, we're in for some great boxing tonight. :box2:

For the neutrals, it should be good, not great though is my feeling. Ricans and Rican haters should be hyped more so will be edge on seat stuff for them. Cotto will make the difference for me. He will either make it exciting, or average. I don't think it will be boring.

it'll def be exciting.. i have never seen a boring cotto fight except for the jennings one and thats on jennings.. i love clottey's style as well cause it reminds me of winky (winky is my favorite fighter).. id say a very entertaining highly skilled confrontation..

i think its average, but has the capabilitys of being good.

I think Cotto leaves Clottey baffled and renders him ineffective i voted "average"

I do not think it is going to be that exciting, Clottey has been in quite a few stinkers. If the fight is going to be any good at all I believe it is on Miguel's shoulders to make it so. If Miguel comes to press the action it could be a pretty good scrap, but if he decided to really box this fight will not be very good (imo). I voted decent/average, but if Miguel really comes to fight I think it will end up in the good category.

I ain't expectin a FOTY, but I'm thinkin 7 outta 10. It'll be good spirited comp throughout, just not a brawl wit a lotta KD's or anything like that. I like both guys and it's important to their division, so that makes it a lil better.

the crowd will make the fight a lot more exciting. Both fighters are gonna feed off the energy. I can garuntee you this fight will be a war
