All I want is a good fight, and it really doesn't matter to me who wins, but I will be rooting for Clottey because I think he deserves his time to shine more than Cotto. So who here will be rooting for the Hitter?
I've always liked Clottey. And to be honest I'm not a big fan of Cotto. So I'll be rooting for Hitter.
Hopefully it's a great fight either way. Whoever wins this will definitely be deserving.

i will. but if cotto is in trouble i'll be rooting for him. i guess i like the underdogs.
Clottey all the way. I've never been a fan of Cotto - I just appreciate that the guy can box, is tough, and speaks good English. That's where my support ends.
First and foremost I want a good,hard-fought clean fight. Not no 2nd round KO like the Hatton-Pac fight. I had barely sat in my seat and it was over. Felt like I got robbed of my money. To answer the question I am rooting for Clottey he has much more to lose than Cotto. Even if Cotto loses and puts on a good/exciting fight he will get big fights down the line. He is a marquee name already. Clottey has been telling any and everybody that he has been ducked for years. This is the biggest stage and fight of his career. It is time for him to put up or shutup. He is a solid fighter and a likeable guy. A win would make it hard for the top dogs to ignore (I believe they'll try their best to anyway). On the other hand a little part of me wants Cotto to win to increase the chance of seeing him in there with PBF (who IMO busts Cotto's ass).
With low-blows, right?
:nono:
We won't be seeing low blows as Clottey =/ Zab stance wise. I'll be seeing two knockdown one by knee.. All this in 9 rounds!
It hard rooting for someone specific in this fight. I like both fighters a lot, Cotto can go farther with his career than Clottey, but Clottey has been begging for a fight of this magnitude for a while. I guess I am rooting for a good solid fight of the year candidate, more than anything else.
Hey hey hey. No Michigan natives allowed.
