Please let me explain why. If any of you have noticed there is a trend that involves Zab Judah. He may not be the best WW out there, hell you could even say he sucks past the 4th round, but if any of you have noticed all the fighters that have fought and beaten Zab have went on to do better and better things. Kostya became famous off him, Cotto got big money fights with Mosley, Margarito and became one of the best WWs, Baldomire got an opportunity to make some good money and fight Floyd, and Floyd went on to become the undisputed WW champ and get huge paydays with Oscar and Hatton when before Zab he never made over 5 million for a fight. Also Clottey now is making the biggest purse of his career and a shot at Cotto. Based on these points I think Williams should make another splash in the division, fight Zab Judah, stop him in the mid rounds, and possibly get the big fight he has been craving for. Its simple really. If you fight and beat Zab Judah (the WW gatekeeper) you will go on to do big things, or at least get a big opportunity, and I really think Williams should consider this fight.

You have a point I suppose. Hell, if a guy like Clottey was able to land a fight with Cotto off a convincing win over Judah then that does tell you how beating this guy can get your career off the ground. But how many times does this slug have to be recycled for boxing fans to get the point that he's done at the elite level?
zab doesnt need williams....
Lol. Are you for real? Zab Judah is fighting Mathew Hatton. Lol. The only fights he's won in the past years is against bums in friday night fights. Zab Judah would sell his children for a fight against Williams at this point. Lol. "Zab doesnt' need williams..." priceless shit right there.
Lol it would be so funny cuz finally that will get williams out of the picture at welterweight for real. Zab does have a punchers chance. But idont know man, the way Williams just overwhelms you with so many punches i think would take zab out in 4.
i dont think zab has a "puncher's" chance - he's slowed down as of late and doesnt pack as much heat- this combined with the fact that williams has a real sturdy chin would be disastrous for zab.
i also think he gets stopped in under 4
Its a good idea for Paul but its just not fair for Judah. It's kinda mean. There's no way Judah would win. It's kinda sad cause he has alot of talent but his brain is small. It's like picking on the RSP kids in school, not cool. :nonono:
LOL well let me tell you this, a 100% focused zab (its basically an oxymoron at this point) can beat ANYONE. too bad he cant keep it all together
however, i will say this - him beating williams at this points would be very, very shocking

Wouldn't it be like...epic if Williams had another bad night and got outboxed by Zab the way he got beat by Quintana? Everything can happen...hahah that would be funny. Zab even now still claims he's "p4p number 1" and all his entourage wears his "Super Zab" tshirts. wouldn't wanna imagine him beating Williams...oh boy.

There is a certain logic to this.. very interesting point
