BOXING tops ESPN.com searches for the month of May

college baseball was #2 most searched so they must be back too!!!... Being the most searched doesnt mean people are going crazy for it, it just means they cant find the information for boxing on the main page.

I'm hoping this equates to fights on ESPN and more/better Friday Night Fights...

This has been a breakout year for Boxing, I looked at all of those articles for the year and Boxing was in the top 6 every single month.

I can't believe Brett Favre, Barry Bonds, and Alex Rodriguez weren't the top ESPN.com searches. They should just call it the Favre-Arod network.

Also contributing to boxing's dominance in search was Floyd Mayweather's expected announcement that he is returning to competition … and former MMA sensation Kimbo Slice's very much unexpected announcement that he might enter the ring.
