Andre Berto vs. Kermit Cintron

If Berto's chin can withstand Cintron's power he will win. I don't see it happening though, Cintron by TKO. Berto is more skilled but in the end styles make fights and his chin wouldn't hold up imo.

Cintron by stoppage, Berto simply doesnt have the chin to withstand Cintrons punches and Berto gets hit, even by slower punchers. Cintron showed skill and its hard to dispute he is one of the biggest punchers in the 147-154 weight class. If this fight would somehow go the distance I would favor Berto more though. Im not denying Bertos heart or skill, but he still looks rather inexperienced for a fighter with his record

Berto went from being considered a exciting flashy fighter to a boring fighter in one night. no. berto was clinching like ruiz in the collazo fight too. the difference is collazo was punching in the clinch thus making it exciting while urango is a douche who showed up to pick up a paycheck.

don't get the cintron love... he had troubles with angulo who is slower than my grandma. berto would probably win a snoozer imo. both of these guys are too scared of being ktfo'd.

i don't know who'd win the fight, but based on last night's performances i think boxing fans would certainly be the losers...

this fight should happen. my only complaint about this fight is the last 6 rounds will be absolutely horrendous. just imagine cintron gassing and berto clinching.. horrible... its like staring into the face of satan.

Berto would have a bit of trouble with Cintron because he wouldn't be pressing forward the whole time like Urango. Cintron's much more accurate and can push off a jab and can switch up his stance. Last night he showed to me how well he can evade punches and how well he can shoot off strong punches from akward angles. Although Berto's speed and agrressiveness can win him the fight and his speed will probably be way to much for Cintron to handle in the last 4 rounds of the fight (where Cintron seemed to gas).It could go either way depending on how well either one handles eachothers major attributes.

if Cintron goes back down to welter. who wins and why? even though I despise how cintron has pussified, his last performance was good enough that I will root for him in the destruction of berto. no doubt against a big puncher, berto will clinch like a biitch once more. let's hope cintron isn't a douche-bag like urango and not work on the inside while berto is clinching.

Thats how bad Berto is. Cintron would beat his ass If he doesn't gas out he can take him for sure.

Any version of Kermit Cintron I've ever seen would knock the shit out of Berto.
