Why is Floyd being so respectful towards Marquez?

He is respectfull whenever a fighter CAN'T speak english.His trash talk to get in opponents heads pre fight really doesn't come off to good with a translator that can harly translate half of what mayweather SAYS.thats why!!!If Marquexz spoke even GOOD English I'll bet everything I own "MONELESS"would use his greatest ability, his ability to get an opponent nervous pre fight with his VICSOUS tirade on them.Doesn't really work at all when the opponent can't undersand 10 words of the language

Floyd is usually trashing his opponents before the fight, but now he seems to be very respectful towards Marquez. Could it be that he wants to change his persona or like he says he actually has grown up. Why would he say he will be beating the crap out of a Mexican midget? Or he can't be beat/hurt/touch by a lightweight guy if he's trying to sell the fight? This PPV fight can be his leverage that he can bring to the table when the time comes for him to take a Pacman fight. He'll do anything to sell/hype this fight...

aint nothing changed, there are just certain fighters PBF respects and JMM is one of them. Same with Kostya Tzsyu, he would be talking trash bout all these fighters during an interview but as soon as someone mentions Tzsyu he has nothing but nice things to say.

why shouldn't he be, these are 2 of the most skilled fighters. They understand eachother and jmm has alot of respect for mayweather, it'd be wrong for floyd not to show him the same respect. I think Floyd geniunely respects marquez, as a fighter & a man. even floyd sees the warrior that is marquez. a guy cant help but respect that. I think it also probably has something to do with making marquez seem like he's worthy to be in there since he's catching so much flack for fighting him.

Well, over 16 months... might have calmed down a bit, yet against he might not have. Just a point that can be made... Yeah, I believe he could have realized the damage it was doing to him in the eyes of boxing fans and has decided to mellow out. I also believe the smack talking still goes on in private.
