Pac until dethroned, or Mayweather earns it back. Simple. Fighters get dropped from the p4p list due to Inactivity or retirement. Hell even if he comes back, its hard to judge a fighter off a single fight. A series of fights (I would say around 3), should be used to properly gauge a fighter. Currently its Manny #1, followed by Juan M.M. #2.
