Reed whats with the Floyd hate recently? Floyd said, he thought Hatton shouldve have retired after he fought him. I did not once here the term 'shot' being used. You have any quotes? He said when he beats fighters, he beats them physically and mentally... and he should have retired after he beat him? WHY? Because now, he is shot. I didn't need to hear Floyd say the term shot, to understand what he was saying. He said he ruined Hatton... ruined=shot.

Hatton is still a good fighter but i feel his punch resistance has declined. Hatton was able to take bombs from Tsyzu for 11 rounds but years later couldn't last 2 rounds against Pacquiao. Pacquiao is a better fighter than Tsyzu but doesn't hit as hard imo.

Who would train Hatton if he did decide to fight again?

I'm not trying to find logic in it.... I'm trying to make a point because a lot of his fans are unreasonable around here and say his word is the gospel. I am merely pointing out an example of how it isn't.

Hatton might not be "shot" but I think his punch resistance is pretty much gone. That is his problem. He used to rely on that a lot as he has no defence and needs to get inside to get his work done. Now that he can barely take a punch he is a sitting duck for anyone with sufficient pop. As for Floyd's words, what did you expect? Floyd is pretty much always just talking complete shit.

I would like to see Hatton fight again but Mayweather Sr is also correct when he says Hatton eats more shots than is healthy in the long run. I wouldn't like to see him with Parkinsons or some problem like that.
