For anyone wanting to save 5 mins of their life:
Welterweight paper 'champ' Andre Berto beats about 10 undersized cab drivers and 140lb-ers, steps up to Collazo, luckily escapes with a razor-thin UD and then steps back down to 140lb-ers again. His handler's claim 'he's not ready' - well give the belt to Williams then. He is definitely ready.
Give the kid a chance, he's been battle tested and is getting better in every fight.
As far as paper champs, some of the best fighters (Including Floyd himself) have won vacant titles. Blame the ABC organizations for that, not the fighters.
I want to see the cotto vs berto fight.it will be war
I think Cotto would beat him. Berto's fast, but he tends to get off his gameplan and Cotto's one of the best at adapting. In a couple years it might be a diff story
Berto is so talented but his biggest mistake is coming into the ring at 160, he has speed that can match Mayweather/ Pacquiao but he takes away from that when he comes in too heavy, stupid move
co sign
he should cut a leg off
