As far as workrate, Paul Williams is the best today. He throws tons of punches and they're in crisp combination, not sloppy hooks and he moves when he's not throwing, that takes tons of stamina. In the 12th he was like it was the first round after Winky had been putting on pressure the whole fight. His workrate and stamina is on another level.
Juan Manuel Lopez is probably the most impressive though since he has one punch knockout power. 1000+ punches and one punch knockout power is some video game shit. Juan Diaz stamina is crazy too and he throws full power in crisp combination, but his power isn't as good as the others is. Calslappy's stamina is impressive because he mixes in movement and his age, but he doesn't really punch like the others do.
Jesus Soto Karass has a better workrate than both.
That was a 10 round fight too.

I got a VHS copy of that fight from VS. Fukkin crazy.
paul williams by far.
He doubled the output of margarito who holds the compubox record for most punches thrown ever.
He has the most work rate of anyone. Averaging over 100+ punches a round. So in a full 12rnd fight he averages around 1200+ punches.
Nothing else to say really.
okay juanma threw 1020 in 9 rds. How many you think he would've thrown had it went 12?
Williams
The guy went up division by division and threw over a 1000 punches against Winky, and they where still hard in the 12th round, guys a stamina freak

Juan Diaz has had a huge output against everyone but Nate in the 2nd half. The rest of those guys can throw that many shots but don't always do it. Depends on who they're fightin.
jmm and baby bull deserve a mention but i think you have to account for size - williams and calzaghe for me are the standouts.
calzaghe in particular for a 36/37 year old to throw around 1000 punches is nothing short of phenomenal
williams deserves an honourable mention and if he can continue his workrate as he goes higher up in the weights i'll be very impressed
