Many would like to see a second fight against Johnson, besides that is there anything else out there for him. He is all the things a champion should be Young, quick, strong, and good yet his future seems dim. Hopkins isn't going to fight him, not even with a 80-20 split, and Calzaghe is retired (for real). Had Taylor won his last fight maybe the two of them could've met some day, but Taylor didn't win. So what happens now??

chad should just fight johnson. then chad can do the rjj formula of beating bums while playing basketball and other tricks like roy's hands behind the back punch.
even if he beats Johnson he betas an old fighter past his best. He should handle Cloud and move down if he can make it safely. If not slap around the other beltholders and become undisputed.
Dawson taking on Johnson again would be like Mayweather wanting to fight Mosley.....thats dumb GREAT fight but DUMB career move, he barely beat Johnson and there aint no money to be made in that fight so why would he risk it again when no money is to be madeGlen 2 or Bhop. Beyond that, nothin at 175 unless Kessler moves up, which he won't. 168 has good fights, but that fool Dawson better man up and face Glen again before he drops down.
He should stay at 175. Plenty of interesting fights and plenty of money if he can lure one of the german based champions in the ring.
Possibilities:
Johnson - Unfinished
Cloud - Official challenger who has called him out
Erdei - Linear german based WBO champ
Garay - German based WBA champ
Diaconu - Unfinished business
Forget about Hopkins and Calzaghe. These guys are retired (or will not fight Dawson).
So stick around and establish himself as the head honcho of the 175 pounders. Eventually some 168'ers will have to move up looking for the top guy.
I think Dawson has to fight Johnson again. Outside of that I really do not see anything else out there for him at 175. Bhop and Roy are too old to keep up with him. Eventhough Bhop has more left, not enough for Dawson. Glen Johnson again, then move down to 168 and fight Carl Froch, I hope. Froch is not that good and I think Dawson will dispose of him quickly
