Pinoy fans sporting fun at the british in MGM - Video

Some people think we are generally rude and obnoxious, what? It's called fun. If we are travelling half the way around the world, we're not just going to look at art gallerys, and museums, with our bum bags on, looking lost, like most American tourists. We are going to have a good time. That usually involves sport, women, and alcohol. Spain would be a third world country if the Brits didn't populate it during the summer.

Heres the contrast to the other video. Ricky and Pac fans having fun togther. That sums up the difference. A Pac fan in amoung a group of Brits and its all a laugh. Some people take it too seriously

the pac-fans in that vid were dicks & were lucky they didn`t get their balls kicked! but i guess if hatton won then there would be one or two hatton fans doing the same! however i think that alot of american fans take the british attitude too seriously!! its our culture to sing and shout in support of our sportsmen! and also to boo and shout abuse at our opponents!! but although there will always be some people who have a little bit too much to drink and take it too far!, for the majority of us its just a laugh,i can see why it doesn`t look like that to some people as we are very passionate and as vocal in support of our guys as we are vocal in abuse of our "enemy"(ie opponents) BUT in general its nothing personal (if you think were bad singing a few songs and getting drunk,you should see us in europe after our football team has lost!!!!! the people in vegas should think themselves lucky there wasn`t a riot!! a good natured riot of course! hehe!) fact is those guys in that vid were dicks!!! regardless of where they came from! and tbh (i know its easy to be a tough guy online!) but if i was there with those guys shouting in my face like that!,i would probably lose my temper!! but having spent alot of time in the usa (my dad lives in cali) i know that most americans are generally very nice! and im also lucky enough to have spent alot of time in singapore(where i had a filipino girlfriend) and i found the filipinos to be probably the freindliest,humble,repectful,honest & hard working people i have ever met!! so the guys in this video are just assholes! but they dont represent the usa or the phillipenes!!

I The cool thing that I witnessed too after the fight, everyone from Black-American, White-American, were backin' PAC and talkin' all kinds of sh*t to the Brits, hehe I got the same thing from the bar I was watching at. Thing is, everyone in NYC knows how obnoxious and rude the brits are. That's why everyone hates them here.

The Brits were roudy but I didnt really run into any obnoxious ones... a lot of them were actually really respectful so I felt to return the same sportsmanship. I enjoyed the whole atmosphere, it was nice talking to different boxing fans and even Brits, telling me about the different fights they went to. Other Pacquiao fans (Pinoy and others) also mentioned how nice the Brits were, they may have been loud but I didnt really run to anyone who was disrespectful. I did speak to one girl about the crowd and she did notice that the Brits were nicer than other crowds that she's experienced where it was a Pacquiao fight. She told me that at the De la Hoya fight people were talking shit to them after the de la hoya lost.

That was certainly not the way to behave yourself anywhere. They were asking for a fight, and they fortunately didn't get it. ----------------- And let's get this straight with the guy a few posts up "Imagine if Hatton was too win, what you saw in this video times 10 more obnoxious Brits" I'm sure they wouldn't, I presume Hatton fans don't look for a fight after because there has never been one single story about them behaving badly in the US.

Honestly i was in Vegas that weekend... I was in MGM 7 in the morning there was 20 Brits and me being the only flip in the casino table, they were really obnoxious as hell singing their annoying song for good hour. But truth be told that there was one Brit dood that stood up and said to everyone "watchout Pac will knock hatton out and you will be crying home" and sang the same song with Manny's name.. Props to that dood that said watsup.. I was at the weigh-in, Flips were outnumbered atleast 10-1, Imagine if Hatton was too win, what you saw in this video times 10 more obnoxious Brits ... So dont be saying them flips are assholes, I was there and seen it...

Oh no, I'm not saying they all are. I'm just saying that there's a drastic difference in an Americanized Pinoy, and a native Pinoy ; I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. And Elorde was a very long time ago, but it just makes me think they're fans of Pacquiao, and not fans of Filipino fighters in general. Donaire gets some shout outs, but not a lot. Bautista was all the rage until he lost. So was Banal. I bet that a lot of them will drop Donaire once he loses as well. Not Pacquiao though. which leads me back to my original point : a lot of them are just Pacquiao fans. Not Filipino fighters in general. Actually im still high on Banal. I thought his stamina was horrible and it seems to be a problem with all the fighters in his stable. He was winning the fight he lost when he ran out of gas. Z gorres was another fighter that faded late due to poor conditioning. Yeah people dropped bautista but it is normal in boxing. I have nothing against him but he has no shot at the top. People like winners. You can only wish em the best. Like I wish Ricky Hatton the best along with his brit fans.

So not all American Pinoys are cunts. I give it up to Elorde, Villa, Garicia, Villaflor, etc. but Donaire, and Manny are whats making noise right now. Those guys were surrounded by Brits too piling out of the stadium so it was kinda embarrassing the way the composed themselves. I was in the Philippines recently in a tourist beach resort and there was one Amboy Pinoy there that got on my nerves I almost clocked him. Oh no, I'm not saying they all are.
