How can he not be in the top 20. Even if he doesn't beat cotto or floyd, than you can say he isn't in his weight division, if you considering that he begun at flyweight. but in history i have rarely seen i fight that is so complete. He has great skillz, speed, power, stamina,heart.

I Think he is greater than duran when you look at what weight he began, and beat fighters like morales, barrera, de la hoya, hatton, marquez ... Duran was great at lightweight and he beat sugar ray at welter but did not soo good above lightweight, sure he cameback from losses and beat guys like iran barkley ans gave marvin hagler all he could handle. But for his comebacks , davey more and iran barkley weren't great fighters, and he didn't won against a great fighter after he beat sugar ray

He's an ATG but I prefer to wait until a fighter is retired before ranking him, he's definitely not in the top 10 though.
