Will PBF's "Ring-Rust" Give JMM Advantage?

I think Floyd was just half-sincere in his retirement and at the back of his mind knows he'll return to the ring. I think he's disciplined enough to stay in shape even in his so-called retirement. Its also the reason why he chose to pick up a small opponent to make up for whatever small ring rust he may have.

pbf looks like in good shape when we saw him back in may 2.

From what I understand, "Ring-Rust" is a problem for boxers coming out of a long layoff from competition. Since Marquez just fought not long ago, I would say that he has the advantage over Mayweather. What do you say? :wave: the ring rust won't make a big difference. floyd is always in good shape and jmm doesn't hit hard enought to make it count.

Honestly the man's in great shape he's going to be sparring before and its not like Mayweather was fighting every other month to begin with. Between the Oscar and Hatton fight was 7 months. If he has any rust (and i doubt he will) it will be gone by the start of the 3rd round.
