Well last time i checked, the fight was in America. It's a culture thing. That doesn't actually happen in most countries if neither of the competing athletes or teams is from the host country. BTW, as has been said it wasn't the anthem being booed, it was DLH. By both Brits and Pinoys, actually.

The media influences us all. I am not very influenced by it personally. BUT it is a weapon of mass "brainwashing". As a person with a background in journalism, I can assure you much of what you are told by the media is BS. We finally agree on something. This is a major step forward in world peace.

Yeah the American anthem got booed badly in the casino I was at, so I couldn't even hear if the anthem was being booed at the MGM.
