i am calling for froch to be BANED he hits to hard at 168lbs

Benn never really hurt that many people other than the obvious.

froch hits like a mule but thats because he really loads up and swings his punches, he clubs and puts everything behind them. BENN: someone like benn does the same thing, swings and loads up on his punches, benn imo is a harder hitter. ROY JONES JNR: in terms of power its froch, RJJ's speed is what scores him alot of KD's but hes not a murderous puncher KESSLER: deffo kessler PAVLIK: if pavlik had the same technique as froch he would be a hard hitter as well, but froch is the bigger, stronger man.

I like Froch,I wouldnt go as far as saying he hits the hardest or anything,but I will say,he has some of the best heart and determination to skill ratio,that I've seen in a while!!!

roy jones hits harder then nigel benn at 168 he does everything else better than Nigel Benn at 168. He had very good power too. But Nigel Benn's power was immense
