I got Taylor, by UD. But its a hard decision, theres too many uncertainties. Is Taylor, the old Taylor. He didn't look "superb" against a Lacy that was shite, then before that he has 2 losses to Pavlik, one by brutal KO. If Froch has ANY chance of beating "A" Jermain Taylor, its the Jermain Taylor of now.

Taylor by wide decision, 117-111 or 118-110. - Taylor has slightly better technical skills - Taylor is a bit faster - The American judges will give Taylor the close rounds, so although he will deserve to win by something like 116-112, the scores will be a bit wider. Does Taylor have the will and does he have the chin? Those are the questions. We'll see.
