Marquez the toughest fighter on PBF resume?

Marquez would be tough for Mayweather if both fighters were naturally the same size, unforenately they ain't. At this stage of their careers Marquez is a small lightweight and Mayweather is a welterweight. Marquez is simply too small to cause Mayweather any problems. The toughest fight in Mayweather's career has to be the first Castillo fight.

not the toughest, as that criteria goes to hatton, castillo, gatti and corrales, but probably the highest ranked P4P fighter he has ever fought. but i dont believe that it is an easy fight for pbf, styles makes fights. although floyd is a defensive genius, marquez would make him pay dearly for every punch he throws by counterpunching beautifully. i believe that pbf punches harder and stronger of the two but jmm would not go away easily, he is also one tough bastard, who has never been stopped. although he has been KD several times, it only shows that marquez has a great recuperative power and a great heart to overcome adversity. aint gon be shit left after round 5.... but i love the fact that you think otherwise..... it makes this fight look like less of a tune up never been stopped. marquez is no hatton. hes a lovely counter puncher as well as a smart fighter. theres absolutely no reason this fight would be considered a tune up, IMO.

his ability to stay in his defensive boring style is his greatest capability, he's a really smart fighter never really thought of it like that.

i dont think so, castillo, corrales, oscar at 154, hatton.....all imo would be harder foes on floyd's resume

Tough as In a hard bastard or his toughest fight? Gatti is the toughest guy hes fought and Castillo was his toughest fight. Marquez would be too small for him I think.
