I think Williams would win a UD or a late TKO. Cotto would be competitive because he'll do good work on the inside where Winky wasn't comfortable. Cotto will do some damage, and he won't embarrass himself, the people who think that are crazy. I think Cotto would be able to get to Paul's body easier than he could Margarito, but overall it's just too many punches. Paul fought tall in spurts in the Winky fight and it was so effective, Winky literally just couldn't reach him. If Paul fought that way all the time I'd give Cotto zero chance, but he doesn't. Cotto has a chance and it would be a GREAT fight, but I'd go with Paul.
