Check out that resume, this guys ducked no one, he even went against a prime jones jnr
He has also lost on controversial decisions after jones junior
He has schooled guys like Tarver, Pavlik, De La Hoya, Trinidad (who was unbeaten), winky wright, Glen johnson (again undefeated)
Who would have thought he would have had a resume like that after his first fight? Hopkins is an inspiration to any boxer who has either had a uncomfterble start in the pro rankings, or someone who hopes to make there life something outta nothing
WAR NARD :boxing:
Nard is a great fighter
BUT
Tito and Oscar cannot possibly count and Johnson is a bum.
Other than that its good.
Oscar had no biz. at 160 Trinidad was a champ and stopped a legitimate mw in Joppy who Bhop punished but couldn't even stopped and he even placed a wager that he would knock Joppy out....
And? They were debatable, most people felt he won at least one of those, if not both. .
His whole career? Let me guess, de la hoya and Trinidad? That equals his 20 year career??
Red k sent.
LMFAO.....
Im really confused why Hopkins didn't make that Adamek fight... I mean at this stage, it should be 80% legacy and 20% for the money...
Beating adamek and becoming the CW champion at 44yrs old is HUGEEEEEE... why would he let a few million get in the way of something like that on his resume???
He has millions...
i agree the guy has great skills and its unbelievable now considering his age.all his big wins have been against guys stepping up though, but lots of credit 2 him im a huge fan
one of the best resumes today. He truly is a great fighter. I can't see how anyone can debate a resume that looks like that. If you do, please bring up another CURRENT fighter's resume to compare it with.
nard is the man because hes done much more with less
LESS natural ability
LESS speed
LESS power
hard work and scientific precision ...mental stamina and power
