I think Williams chin is very underrated. As far as taking him out with just one shot. I'd say you're right with Miranda and Abraham. There are other fighters who would hurt him such as Kessler, Pavlik and Taylor, but not with just one shot.

Kessler, Taylor, Andrade, Miranda, Green too. There are a lot of guys who could hurt him but who can get the positioning and distance to do it? Andrade is rugged and has one punch power as does Miranda. Abraham could put the giant down too if he moved up.
