Looking back on Holyfield-tyson 1, and 2

I enjoyed the new tyson film, i liked hearing his side of the story on certain fights, but its only his opinion, most makes excuses when they loose. If he was pissed off about getting butted, well he was already in a fight so throw some bombs! Fact of the matter is he was getting beaten.

Aside from Holyfield alleged HGH and steroid use, He is quite known for using head-butts. Someone said that he should be wearing another glove there. And i know Homes was past his prime when they fought but he was still good enough to go 12 with Holyfield 4 1/2 years later. Well Holmes always had a good jaw and Holy was never a devastating puncher.

id just like to say im in no way saying that what he did was acceptable at the end of the day he still bit the mans ears , however you can understand and relate as to why. his commentary on the first fight is something everyone should hear. hell he basically gave holyfield props. he says something along the lines of " i was blacking out , not aware of what was happening , i was getting hit but i couldnt feel anything i didnt feel hurt , pow pow pow pow , i couldnt feel them but i could hear them pow pow , pow and then the fight was over , it must have been brilliant. " in the second fight once again hes being head butted and i think he finally caught on as to why the **** he blacked out in the first fight and what had happened , when nothing was done about it he admits to becoming enraged and just snapping becoming animal like.

Tyrell Biggs complained about his use of elbows and Tyson's response was to ask Biggs whether he would want another... Too much is made of that. Did mike fight dirty sometimes? Absolutely, but which fighter didnt? Hell even the most defensive fighter out there, Pep, stepped on Saddler's feet. Part of why mike sometimes threw elbows, was because of short arms, the other part was because he wanted to. Im not saying biting was justified, it's just Evander did that in both fights, what did he really expect?

after watching the new documentary and hearing mike narrate the fight almost , you can put yourself in his shoes and understand now why he did what he did . for years i never really could understand why anybody would do something like this. but seeing and knowing what i do now i complete understand. how the **** would you feel if this was happening to you and nothing being done about it. " hes the taller man why is his head under my head ? " good ****ing point mike. to holy's defence he described it as 2 guys moving forward, and headbutts with 2 guys clashing against each other are bound to happen. Fair enough. But my next question to evander is, why is it Mike was the one who ended up with cuts over his eyes in both fights? Listen this is boxingscene.com. You gonna say anything like that, or you'll say that Evander fought a dirty fight (which he did) people are gonna call you a fanboy or a nuthugger. That's just the way it is. And just to clear some things up, there are many retards out there, who still say Holyfield beat the shit out of Tyson twice. He did beat him in the first fight, in the second he tried that shit again and got fouled in return. Simple.

The headbutt thing was legitimate, but that wasn't the decidin factor in him losin the 1st fight. Holy just had him pegged imo.
