I think a change of management is due. Top RAnk really has not stepped it up in terms of making Cotto a bonafide star. I know Arum has made comments about Mexican fighters being more promotable but Cotto and his vastly inproved English should be an easy sell. I suspect that Arum will be massaging Cotto's balls in order for Cotto not to leave.

He should split cause Arum and Top RAnk are planning for a summer fight in mexico for Tony. Arum if he decides to go forward with the Tony fight will show that he doesn't care of the cheating and the speculation that cheating may have been present during the Cotto vs Margarito match. just cause arum is getting marg a summer fight in mexico doesn't mean that he doesn't care, it just means he's being a promoter and is protecting his investment. team cotto is blowing this out of proportion so that cotto can ditch arum
