Both are impressive, but every fighter has got to have some good physical attributes. How many fights do you think a very skillful but slow, weak punching, china chinned fighter would win?
I love the STRENGTH. Of course the skills are impressive but there's nothing like the beatings that, say, Margarito got from Mosley (although Mosley used his skills too). I love the bloody fights.
mosley beat margo w/ skills not just brute strength or speed

I've never seen brute force impress me like Martinez did against Bunema... probably because brute force ends it too quickly for someone to get truly impressed by the longevity of it.
personally I find achieving great things with your mind more impressive than achieving great things with your body... If you get what I mean
Hence why I find Hopkins' rise to greatness more impressive than Jones' :D
There's something about when a skilled fighter who has the fight in the bag gets caught by the brute, when will overcomes skill. Like in Bute-Andrade or please forgive me but it's the truth, Margarito-Cotto.

depends...
at the elite level, boxing is more mental than physical.
at the bum level, physicality is all you need.
Power, strenght and heart, because in most cases, skill tops them!!Like someone mentioned the Baldomir-Judah fight,I couldnt believe how Baldomir overcame Judahs skill and speed,to pound out a working man's victory!!
Depends on the fighter like Bhop against Trinidad an Pavlik. That was impressive skillls but i like the toe to toe brute strength like Gotti vs Ward/israel Vasquez vs Rafael Marquez/Castillo vs Corrles 1 !!!these are the type of fights that keep me impress an watching Boxing!!!
A win is a win. In the end it doesn't really matter how it happens. I'm sure all the historical greats would say the same, you win however you can. Both methods can be entertaining/status raising.
It depends, but in most situations I'd say skill. Hopkins/Trinidad and Calzaghe/Lacy impressed me more than say, Baldomir/Judah. I don't think there is anything better than watching a highly skilled fighter pick apart his opponent to the point where the other guy has no options. Not every situation where skill > will is impressive (Direll/Stevens). I really appreciate watching a Toney/Jirov, Whitaker/Haugen, Ali/Foreman type performance though.
