Should anyone who ever lost to Margarito get a NC next to his name?

Let's say Mosley was the only fight he used plaster wraps, why? It makes no sense. you've just beaten the best fighter in the division, beat him badly, stopped him. Cotto, undefeated, the guy who everyone said was the guy to beat Mayweather. Why would you then jeopordise that by using these plaster wraps against a guy everyone expected you to walk over, the guy who's career you were brutally going to end? He's used them before, he used them against Cotto, why wouldn't he have? Why start cheating against Mosley? NC all his fights, kick him out of the sport.

I think, marg should seriously be punished and get jail-time and have his record flat-out broken by making all his wins into NC's now. i think we shouldnt take away his wins...just because we cant prove it..in all the other fights...i do think he should be banned for life, because he could have killed somebody....and just leave it as that...i do feel he probably cheated in the other fights...but no proof.... lifetime ban and just leave it as that.
