I thought he seemed like a cool guy during the rjj broadcast on saturday...so out of curiousity i looked into what kind of fighter he was. i guess hes pretty good cuz he beat juan diaz....he knocked out when he dropped his hands, that was probably the most embaressing moment.
what do you guys think of him?

I dont like him.
Nate is the ultimate boxing fan who happens to fight at an elite level too. I can't remember the last big fight I've been too in Florida and even some smalls ones that Nate hasn't been there. And I'm not just talking about to be seen, after the post-fight press conference of Johnson/Dawson and Woods/Tarver; there were still 3 fights left on the card going on. There were about a dozen fans and some Florida commision people still there, and Nate was ringside shouting encouragement to all the fighters long after the meaningful fights ended. He's a good cat, he can sit and talk to you about boxing for hours. As long as he is involved with the sport, it will be better for it.
Nate is older though, he probably doesn't have too much time left boxing.....but hes done some good things.
I think as long as he continues to train hard and dedicate himself to the sport, he can fight for a few more years. Hopkins performance against Pavlik has influenced a lot of fighters.
