I'm wondering why these 2 don't just fight and get it over with. IMO it would be a good fight for both guys to retire on. It's obvious neither guy is going to take a big fight with any of the younger Light Heavies, but being Roy is "still" hungry and Bernard coming off a big win against Pavlik, why not settle the score?
Would ya'll wanna see this fight and how does it go down?
Hopkins has said he doesn't want to face this version of Jones. Because he doesn't want to take advantage of Roy's name and status.
I'm sure he'd reconsider on that if Roy somehow managed to get his name back in the Elite level that B-Hop is currently at.
But that's up to Roy, not Bernard.
Roy is way out of his prime, hes gifted we know but Bhop is has his 2nd wind of is peek right now, it may happen but not now Roy needs to beat a quality oponent first i dont know who or how many but getting to Bhop is a bit far from where Roy is right now, it taught Bhop did better than Roy against Joe "No Legacy Owned" Calzage, but i still believe Roy can get his 2nd wind just like Bhop, and i would want to see them both fight in LH or SMW.

pointless fight that won't happen. this fight dies before it even goes into negotiations.
Roy has to beat someone of elite to make himself relevant again in order for that to happen.... if he beats lacy, and gets a fight with jermain and somehow wins that... then we are talking
^ i agree on what you said..
1. Nobody wants to see this cuz we all kno it'd be on PPV and it wud be boring most likely
2. We don't know if Roy can still compete at a high level. Both are handpicking opponents
3. They can't agree on money
