There is a saying in boxing that every great fighter has one great fight left in them. I may be proven wrong, but I feel B-Hop had his against Pavlik, and Mosley had his against Margarito. Has Roy Jones Jr. had his yet, or does he have one great fight left in him? And if so, who is he going to school in the ring? My hopes would be Dawson, or convincingly defeat Tarver.
I'd say that Jones' first fight against Tarver was his last great fight. Sure he looked bad but he pulled it out in the end even though he was drained and weak.
Co-sign homey. Good post.
