I think Cotto vs. Clottey is possible? Whats is your predictions?

If this fight in fact takes place its gonna be a great one. I remember watching Clottey fight Margarito and correct me if Im wrong but, didnt Clottey hurt his hand or something like that during the fight? Anyway I got Cotto by UD, I think he'll outwork Clottey and Clottey its gonna go to that Winky Wright type of defense he tried to use against Margarito but his body will pay the price for it

I agree..Clottey is in STARVE MODE right now..but I guess I could say I've lost a lil hope because Clottey's big opportunities have came before and he let them shits slip!!..(Baldomir, Margarito).. He's got the size, skill, and talent..but can he actually go all the way for sure this time with someone like Cotto?..IDK..I got hope and will be Neutral in this fight..(of course slightly favoring Cotto)..But Clottey will be in there VERY ALIVE and READY!..I just hope Clottey really gives it his ALL if this fight does happen! We all should stand up and give props to Cotto for once again fighting a fighter nobody wants to see. Clottey is a dangerous fighter and will come to win, make no mistakes about it. I see this being a very dangerous fight for Cotto, just as was the Marga-cheato fight. Clottey takes lots of punches and has great stamina & it can go either way. I see Cotto starting early and winning the first 4-5 rounds then I see Clottey throwing that sneaky fast over hand right that can kill a bull but Cotto out works the kid & becomes the New IBF Welter Weight Champion of the world. Cotto by SD or UD!

Cotto always comes to fight, but you have to admit that Clotty will be up for this fight moreso that Cotto. You guys have to remember that Clotty is the WW equivalent to a starving hyena ATM, while Cotto is a pampered and full Pitbull. Clotty will fight as if his life depends on it and I think he will UD Cotto. This fight is just a fight to Cotto, but it means either survival or starvation for Clotty. I wouldn't be surprised if Clotty were to stop Cotto. Its unlikely that Clottey stops Cotto imo. I just watched Clotteys fight against Corrales recently, and although it was an impressive showing by Clottey, it took a lot to hurt Corrales...and Corrales not only jumped two weight classes, but never had that sturdy of a chin to begin with. Clottey will likely look real good early on, but he slows down in the mid to late rounds. Look for Cotto to take advantage and break to the body, occasionaly landing some counter left hands to Clottey's head when Clottey opens up his guard. Clottey is huge for 147 though. biggest guy at that weight, easily. so itll take a ton of firepower to bring him down, and I think its unlikely Cotto will be able to land THAT much punishment against him. Cotto hardly ever loses the first rounds of his fights..he's mainly lost the last few for the same reasons as Clottey..Stamina..that's why I think Cotto can inflict more damage early on..especially to Clottey's body..and possibly even TKO him down the stretch..it might be wishful thinking..but I don't see it as an impossible task.. overall tho..I think Cotto takes this whether it's thru UD or T/KO
