I think it's false... This would've been on the cover of ESPN's boxing section for even the possibility that they're at a point that they're waiting for signatures. Kid doesn't even give a credible source. ESTO is a very credible source, it's like Primera Hora or El Nuevo Dia in Puerto Rico...
